Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.

Product packaging, artwork and appearance may vary from images shown where manufacturers change packaging or where a product is supplied in assorted designs.

Where a product is described as random, assorted or containing randomly selected contents, we cannot guarantee a particular design, card, character, rarity or value.

Trading cards and collectibles

Trading cards and collectibles can change in market value.

PokieDen does not guarantee that any product will increase, maintain or achieve a particular resale value.

The contents of sealed trading card products are determined by the manufacturer. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we cannot guarantee that a pack, box or other sealed product will contain any particular card or rarity.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean we have accepted your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment.
• A customer attempts to circumvent a stated purchase limit.
• We cannot legally fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Purchase limits

Certain products may have purchase limits because of limited availability or high demand.

Limits may apply per customer, household, address, payment method or order where this is clearly stated.

We may cancel quantities or orders that we reasonably believe have been placed to circumvent these limits, including multiple orders placed by the same customer.

Where we cancel paid items, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Pre-orders

Products described as pre-orders are products that are expected to become available at a later date.

Release and delivery dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturer, distributor or shipping delays outside our control.

Where an order contains both pre-order and available products, dispatch arrangements will be explained where applicable.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Delivery times can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us promptly if you believe an order has been lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damaged or faulty products

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at hello@pokieden.co.uk.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Product condition

Where a product is sold as new and sealed, we will supply it in that condition subject to reasonable variations in manufacturer packaging.

Minor imperfections to external packaging can occur during manufacturing, distribution and transportation.

Where packaging condition is material to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.

This does not affect your rights where goods are damaged, faulty or not as described.

Website availability

We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of our website where reasonably necessary.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and other product names, characters, logos and trademarks displayed on this website belong to their respective owners.

PokieDen is an independent retailer unless expressly stated otherwise. The sale of branded products does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the relevant trademark owner.

Content created specifically for the PokieDen website, including our own branding, text and graphics, may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.

Prohibited use

You must not use our website:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• To attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
• To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
